24 months experience with testing on a case management system preferably on a human services platform.

84 months experience developing and maintaining user and technical documentation and project process documentation for application teams.

84 months experience in coordinating written and verbal communication between technical staff and management via written status reports and recurring status meetings.

84 months of experience in developing technical and functional testing documentation including but not limited to test plans test cases and traceability matrices.

84 months of experience writing and optimizing complex Oracle SQL queries using tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, or similar database management tools.

84 months of experience in executing and maintaining manual test cases.

24 months of experience using Azure DevOps for project management, version control, and/or test case management.
-
24 months of experience in executing and maintaining automation scripts as part of software testing processes.
