Job Details:

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide remote general IT support across both Mac and PC environments
- Set up and decommission user systems, including installing software before shipment
- Troubleshoot connectivity, syncing, and general systems issues
- Administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive structures and users
- Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software subscriptions (e.g., Adobe)
- Research and propose solutions for office-to-cell phone connectivity
- Recommend improvements for collaboration tools and document workflows
Requirements
- Microsoft Systems Administration
- Experience supporting security protocols including firewalls, automated backups, and disaster recovery
- Ability to provide remote support and use remote access tools
- Familiarity with SharePoint/Teams user and permission management
- Comfortable with both Windows and macOS troubleshooting
