Description
We are looking for a skilled Program Manager & Solutions Architect to lead the modernization and transformation of our ERP ecosystem to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. This role involves overseeing the entire implementation process, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maintaining sustainability principles. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and managing ERP strategies while collaborating across teams to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall ERP strategy, aligning closely with business goals and industry best practices.
Lead a comprehensive multi-year initiative to upgrade and transform the SAP ecosystem, ensuring a seamless transition.
Oversee the design, implementation, and evolution of the SAP S/4HANA application to meet organizational requirements.
Manage project delivery by collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Service Delivery teams to meet deadlines and budgets.
Coordinate with process teams to define the scope of necessary objects, including reports, conversions, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
Ensure adherence to fit-to-standard principles and maintain a clean core system for long-term sustainability.
Provide expert guidance on SAP systems development, configuration, and application integration.
Monitor and control the performance of implementation partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Act as a liaison between IT suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to support strategic objectives.
Benchmark solutions against market standards to achieve an optimized operating environment.
Requirements
Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and management.
Proven track record in leading ERP transformation projects, including multi-year initiatives.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems development, configuration, and user access methodologies.
Familiarity with fit-to-standard principles and clean core system practices.
Ability to coordinate with technical and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to benchmark and align solutions with market standards.
