As a Change Management Specialist:
You will support a healthcare client a major provider of value-based, in-home care services during their migration to a new technical platform
You will drive operational improvement, guide a cross-functional technical team, and ensure the successful transition of systems, processes, and people to the new environment all while maintaining stakeholder confidence and operational continuity. You will also serve as a key client-facing partner, managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication, and maintaining account health and satisfaction throughout the engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and enhance existing process workflows, introducing structure, visibility, and measurable quality improvements.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the migration of technical operations and data workflows to a new platform, defining success criteria, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Partner closely with client stakeholders and leadership to align technical, business, and operational priorities.
- Serve as a key account liaison, providing updates, managing expectations, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Implement structured change management frameworks to ensure effective adoption of new tools and processes including documentation and training.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including issue resolution, process efficiency, data quality, and client satisfaction.
- Foster a transparent, high-performing team culture, emphasizing communication, accountability, and collaboration.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting technical excellence and a continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in change management, technical operations, or program management roles within IT environments.
- Technical background with hands-on familiarity in:
- Software engineering and data engineering fundamentals
- SQL and relational database systems
- Data quality, governance, and integration workflows
- Cloud platforms and data tools (Databricks, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Experience with business process optimization
- Proven success leading cross-functional migration or transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or ITIL methodologies for operational management.
- Outstanding organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and account management; Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to identify risks to project success; develop effective action plans for remediation and resolution.
- Self-motivation, critical thinking, and adaptability; you balance business needs, a sense of urgency, and shipping high quality and pragmatic solutions.
- consulting or healthcare experience is a plus.
- Bachelors or Masters in computer science or related technology field.
