Job Details

Title: Service Desk Technician - 1

Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation:
Pay Range: $24 Per Hr

Description:
* Provide remote support to various locations with diverse infrastructure needs.
* Respond to technical support requests via phone and online, documenting tickets comprehensively.
* Troubleshoot, resolve, and triage IT issues, escalating complex problems to advanced teams.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a focus on empathy and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.
* Utilize knowledgebases to address hardware and software issues.
* Support hardware connectivity and troubleshooting for various devices.
* Manage remote desktop and network configurations.
* Support software applications and troubleshoot server environments.
* Configure and troubleshoot printing systems.
* Handle basic network troubleshooting and account management tasks.

Qualifications:
* Two years' experience in technical support or customer service.
* Technical degree or relevant certifications preferred.
