Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Workflow Automation: Build and maintain flows, process builders, and approval processes to automate patient outreach, appointment scheduling, and care follow-ups.
  • Data Management: Integrate Salesforce with EHR systems and other healthcare platforms; ensure accurate and secure data exchange.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop custom reports and dashboards to monitor patient engagement, operational KPIs, and clinical workflows.
  • Release Management: Lead seasonal Salesforce release readiness, testing, and deployment of new features.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring adoption and effective use of Salesforce tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Cloud and CRM functionalities.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
  • Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, HL7 interfaces) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
