We have an immediate need for a Data Analyst to help implement and standardize compensation processes in Workday and ServiceNow. If you have a knack for HR systems, data analysis, and problem-solving, this is your chance to make a real impact on the global compensation architecture.

responsibilities:


  • Compensation Plans: Partner with the global compensation team to gather and support requirements for compensation plans and related business processes in Workday & SNOW.
  • Global Job Architecture Support: Collaborate with Compensation and Talent CoEs to complete the Job Setup workbook, ensuring accurate assignment of pay rate types, compensation grade profiles, job categories, locations, and job classifications in alignment with global standards.
  • Testing & Issue Resolution
  • Assist the compensation team with testing activities, including execution of test scripts and validation of results.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues logged in Jira, coordinating with relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Cross-Workstream Partnership: Collaborate with other Workday workstreams (e.g., Core, Payroll, Recruiting) to understand decisions that may impact compensation processes and ensure alignment across modules.
  • Data Conversion & Mapping: Support the Compensation Team in data conversion efforts, including extracting data from SAP and translating it into Workday format based on compensation plan eligibility and structure.
  • General Support: Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful implementation and optimization of Workday


qualifications:


  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR systems, compensation, or related areas.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with the Workday platform, specifically in Compensation or related modules.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of functions such as VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, and other data manipulation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across global teams and multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
