Job Title: Sr Business Analyst / Project Manager
Position Type: Contract
Location: Lansing, MI, Hybrid-(2 days Onsite in a week)

Job Summary
The Senior Business Analyst will support complex enterprise applications by leading requirements analysis, solution design documentation, testing, and user support activities. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business needs, comply with regulatory standards, and align with State of Michigan technology guidelines. The ideal candidate brings strong experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile delivery, testing, documentation, and production support.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of business analysis experience supporting complex enterprise systems.
- 8+ years of experience developing functional requirements and design documentation.
- 8+ years of experience creating, executing, and managing test plans and test cases.
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile development environments.
- 8+ years of experience creating and maintaining system and process documentation.
- 8+ years of experience developing training plans and instructional materials.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar requirements and test management tools.
- Experience working with HIPAA-regulated data and understanding data privacy and security requirements.
