Job Details

Position: Jr. IT Helpdesk (1-year contract)
Rate: $24/hour (W2 only)
Location: 2531 Touby Pike, Kokomo, IN (onsite)

Role Overview:
Provide first-level IT support in a manufacturing environment handling tickets, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, documenting procedures, and managing IT assets. Responsibilities include VIP and executive IT support, VPN/security administration, and coordination with network/server teams.

Requirements:

1+ year of corporate tech support experience (Bachelor s preferred)

Strong knowledge of Windows 7/10/11, MS Office, SCCM, AD

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Basic server/network knowledge; Android mobile experience a plus

Must be willing to travel up to 10%, work occasional nights/weekends
