Job Details
Note: Must have experience with SailPoint IAM systems
Lead the delivery of complex cybersecurity projects (100K 100K 5M) within scope, budget, and timeline. Manage cross-functional teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies. Oversee backlog prioritization, sprint planning, risk/issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project execution, adapting processes as needed.
- Define roles, track risks/issues, and maintain schedules.
- Forecast costs, monitor milestones, and ensure quality.
- Coordinate contracts, vendor management, and resource allocation.
- Report project status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Document project closure for compliance and auditing.
Qualifications:
- Required: BA/BS or equivalent experience; 5+ years managing tech projects; knowledge of professional service agreements.
- Preferred: PMP, CSM/SAFe certifications; experience with Planisware, MS Office, infrastructure/application implementation.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in project management, cybersecurity principles, and financial tracking.
- Ability to drive cross-team collaboration and resolve high-complexity issues.
