Build parametric assembly models using advanced assembly constraints, enabling scalable design and rapid adaptation across different product variants.

Generate design distributions through tolerance analysis, supporting risk assessments and validation of design robustness.

Utilize geometry evaluation tools within Siemens NX to validate, optimize, and clean up models, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability.

Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, thermal, electrical, and manufacturing teams to develop integrated, production-ready battery systems.

Ensure all models and drawings adhere to internal design standards, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) best practices, and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) guidelines.
