We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Process Consultant to lead strategic process transformation and maximize the value of the Workfront platform across the organization. This role blends Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) expertise with advanced Workfront solution design, ensuring scalable, efficient, and user-centric work management operations.
Key Responsibilities Business Process Re-engineering & Strategy-
Lead enterprise-wide BPR initiatives to redesign core workflows for significant improvements in speed, efficiency, and quality.

Conduct thorough discovery, stakeholder interviews, and as-is/to-be process mapping sessions.

Define optimized future-state workflows, governance models, and operational frameworks.

Champion organizational change management throughout process and system transformation.

Architect end-to-end Adobe Workfront solutions aligned to redesigned business processes.

Configure all core Workfront components including custom forms, project templates, portfolios, programs, dashboards, and reports.

Manage user security, access levels, layout templates, filters, views, and groupings to ensure a governed and intuitive user experience.

Provide strategic guidance on Workfront integrations with platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM Assets, CRM, DAM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.

Build automations and complex workflows using Workfront Fusion or similar iPaaS tools to eliminate manual tasks and streamline data flow.

Develop comprehensive adoption strategies and change management plans to ensure high user engagement.

Conduct advanced training for end-users, power users, and Workfront administrators.

Produce technical documentation, playbooks, and knowledge resources to support ongoing governance.

Serve as the primary consultant and project lead, managing timelines, scope, resources, and deliverables.

Provide best-practice recommendations on Workfront usage and the broader Adobe Content Supply Chain ecosystem.

Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, connecting organizational goals to Workfront capabilities.

5+ years as an Adobe Workfront System Administrator or Consultant (preferred).

Proven experience leading full lifecycle Workfront implementations, optimizations, and migrations.

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as AEM Assets, Marketo, and Adobe Analytics.

Proficiency with Workfront Fusion for automations, integrations, and workflow orchestration.

Strong data and reporting skills with expertise in custom calculations, portfolio dashboards, and executive reporting.

Demonstrated expertise in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and workflow transformation.

Strong process mapping and analysis skills using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.

Ability to identify root causes of operational inefficiencies and design scalable solutions.
