We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT staffing sales to join us as a commission-only sales partner. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new client relationships, positioning our IT staffing solutions, and closing deals that drive mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for IT staffing services.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Pitch and present staffing solutions tailored to client needs (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire).
Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
Maintain and update sales pipeline, providing regular forecasts and progress reports.

What We re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in IT staffing sales or recruitment business development.
Strong network of mid-to-senior level client contacts within technology companies or enterprise IT departments.
Proven track record of closing new accounts and meeting revenue targets.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a commission-driven role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
