Hiring: W2 Candidates Only
Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA
Responsibility's:
Familiarity with laboratory practices (clinical and/or public health laboratory).
- Familiarity with standardized nomenclatures (LOINC, SNOMED, etc.) used in communicating test orders and results electronically.
- Experience in troubleshooting issues in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft reporting tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services and Power BI.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Visio.
- Ability to analyze business needs and formalize as system requirements.
- Ability to work as team member and leader.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
CONTRACTOR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 8 years analyzing business needs and processes and formalizing system requirements.
- Minimum of 8 years analyzing data and utilizing reporting tools such as Microsoft SQL Reporting Services and Power BI.
- Healthcare industry (focus on health information technology)
- Laboratory experience preferred.
- State, Federal, and Local government experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree with a major in a relevant field required preferred.
