PeopleSoft Treasury Analyst - Hybrid

Period of Performance: Two year base period
Place of Performance: Remote but will be required to work on-site at various locations, specifically: 4100 Garden City Dr, Hyattsville, MD 20785 300 7th St SW, Washington, DC 20024 2401 Mill Road, Alexandria, VA 22314. Please note: The manager will work with the Contractor to determine the date/time and place for on- site work. Work is generally hybrid. Positions 14: Functional Analyst Level 1
Role: - Treasury Support for Operations #2--Cashflow, Investments and Peoplesoft: Provides Peoplesoft production support for Accounting, supporting the users on a daily with production
issues as well as performing monthly, quarterly and year-end investments performance reporting and closing support and reporting as well as supporting the annual financial and spot audits.

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Analyst to provide critical operations and production support and functional expertise for our Treasury excel based recording and PeopleSoft systems, with a specific focus on our server-based Peoplesoft 9.1 environment. This role is essential for ensuring the accurate capture of investments, proper application of accounting rules for cash AR entries and investments and Lines of Credit (LOC) invoices, and reconciliation in PeopleSoft. The Functional Analyst will serve as a primary point of
contact for end-user issues, system configuration, troubleshooting, and minor enhancements related to investments, working closely with Treasury, Cash & Deal, Operations, AR and IT teams.

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Functional Support Analyst to manage Treasury Cash and Investments operations and in PeopleSoft. This role is primarily functional, and strong excel based technical knowledge required, and focuses on supporting Treasury Cash and Investments operating and data processing in Peoplesoft Treasury and Deal Management modules The ideal candidate will have a strong Treasury and excel background with knowledge in accounting.

Job Category Duties/Responsibilities

Provide daily functional support to end users in Treasury department for preprocessing of data and preparation for input into Peoplesoft Treasury and Deal modules.
Lead and support the configuration, testing, and implementation of changes in Peoplesoft Treasury and Deal module and accounting reconciliations.
Assist in PeopleSoft production close processes, including: o Running and excel to CI interfaces and accounting entry generation. o Supporting the generation and distribution of cash and investments performance reports.
Resolve trade data entry errors.
Analyzing interface issue with investments excel to CI
Involve in Oracle cloud implementation project.
Develop and execute complex ad-hoc queries using reporting tool to support transactional and treasury data analysis for business users.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system and interface issues and ensure integration points function as expected.
Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in the documentation of business processes, configurations, and system modifications.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions.

Education Bachelor's degree in finance, Data Analytics, information systems, or a related field
Must have minimum experience (ex:5 years) Five (5) or more years of relevant experience

Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting end users in Treasury department.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting multiple PeopleSoft/ERP modules.
Strong knowledge of investments and data reconciliation with experience in financial data reconciliation
Extensive experience with creating and managing complex analytical reports.
Demonstrated experience supporting ERP/Peoplesoft Treasury Cash and Deal.

Preferred Requirements:
Progression in CFA or other finance professional certifications.
Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 and Oracle cloud
Familiarity with integration tools and reporting tools
Familiarity with PeopleSoft Project Costing module
