Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Solution Consultant / SME to support an enterprise-level digital marketing transformation initiative. This role is critical in leveraging Adobe AEP to unify and activate customer data in real time across channels to drive personalized experiences at scale.
You ll work closely with stakeholders across marketing, data, and technology teams to design, configure, and optimize AEP implementations with a focus on audience segmentation, data ingestion, and identity resolution.
Responsibilities:
Act as the AEP SME across workstreams, ensuring optimal use of the platform for real-time customer insights and personalization
Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases and data flows across systems (CRM, POS, web, mobile, etc.)
Support data onboarding and ingestion strategies (online/offline)
Enable audience segmentation and activation in real-time across multiple channels
Work with Adobe Real-Time CDP to create unified customer profiles and resolve identities
Partner with analytics and data science teams to enable predictive modeling via Adobe Sensei
Ensure implementations comply with data governance and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
Required Skills & Experience:
4 6+ years of experience in digital marketing or MarTech platforms
Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Real-Time CDP
Deep understanding of customer data platforms, data schemas, and identity resolution
Experience designing audience segmentation strategies and activation workflows
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud tools and integrations
Understanding of privacy regulations and compliance within customer data systems
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
