CSAT Agent

Akkodis is seeking a CSAT Agent for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The ideal candidatemust have prior experience in helpdesk or support coordination roles with strong organizational and communication skills.

Rate Range: $30/hour to $32/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

CSAT Agent job responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary helpdesk contact during the decommissioning phase, providing first-level support to users.
• Log, track, and resolve user issues efficiently, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and SLAs.
• Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of helpdesk activities, including issue details and resolutions, and prepare regular reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing status updates and ensuring a positive support experience.
• Utilize ticketing systems and IT support tools to manage workflows and maintain compliance with processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in helpdesk or IT support coordination roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support processes, along with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
