About the Role



We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Purchasing Consultant specializing in Warehouse Management (WM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end procurement cycle and warehouse management processes within the JDE EnterpriseOne system. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient implementation, configuration, and support of JDE Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Procurement and Inventory Management.



Key Responsibilities







End-to-End Procurement Cycle Management: Oversee the complete procurement process, from identifying business needs to requisition, purchase order creation, supplier management, and receipt of goods or services.





JDE SCM Module Expertise: Configure, customize, and support JDE Procurement and Inventory Management modules to meet business requirements.





Warehouse Management: Implement and optimize warehouse management processes within JDE, ensuring efficient inventory control, storage, and distribution workflows.





Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.





System Configuration and Customization: Design and implement configurations, customizations, and enhancements in JDE SCM modules to align with organizational needs.





Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support, resolve system issues, and ensure smooth operation of JDE Procurement and WM functionalities.





Training and Documentation: Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and provide knowledge transfer to end-users to ensure effective system adoption.





Integration and Testing: Support integration with other JDE modules and third-party systems, and perform testing to ensure system reliability and performance.





Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices in procurement and warehouse management.







Qualifications







Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a JDE Application Consultant with a focus on Procurement and Warehouse Management modules.





Technical Skills:







Expertise in JDE EnterpriseOne SCM modules, specifically Procurement, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management.





Strong understanding of the end-to-end procurement cycle and warehouse operations.





Knowledge of JDE configuration, customization, and integration with other modules or external systems.





Familiarity with JDE tools such as OMW, RDA, and FDA is a plus.









Soft Skills:







Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.





Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.





Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.









Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.





Certifications: JDE certifications in Procurement or SCM modules are highly desirable.







Preferred Qualifications







Experience with JDE upgrades, migrations, or cloud implementations.





Knowledge of related JDE modules such as Accounts Payable, Sales Order Management, or Manufacturing.





Familiarity with supply chain best practices and industry trends.
