About the Role:
As a Scrum Master, you will support Agile delivery teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Agile best practices and contribute to the successful delivery of moderately complex initiatives.

About the Role:

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Support Agile teams in delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.
- Identify and resolve moderately complex issues that impact team performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on deliverables.
- Contribute to large-scale planning and execution efforts across multiple teams.
- Apply a solid understanding of Agile principles, organizational policies, and compliance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role.
- Proven ability to lead Agile teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience gained through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
