Roles & Responsibilities :
Manage and lead team to implement SAP SuccessFactors, Compensation module.
5-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with specialization in PMGM ( Performance & Goals Management )
It is for functional consultant's role
Gather business requirements and define functional specification with stakeholders, design process, configuration and testing, data conversion.
Responsible for system customization and all change requests.
Monitor delivery performance and quality, include system testing.
Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder's commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.
