An established team is actively looking for experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM/IDAM) Security Engineers for a remote role. This position involves implementing and supporting SSO, MFA, and user access provisioning services, as well as developing and maintaining IAM policies, procedures, and standards. The engineer will work closely with IT and product teams to integrate SSO and user registration workflows, maintain and support API-based microservices used for customer and partner onboarding, and ensure proper scalability, capacity planning, redundancy, and resiliency across all identity systems. Responsibilities include maintaining service availability and performance according to established SLAs, collaborating with identity platform engineers on deployments, capacity planning, and operational runbooks, and designing proactive monitoring, alerting, trend analysis, and self-healing capabilities. On-call participation and handling IAM-related incidents are required.
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, CyberArk, or ForgeRock, along with a deep technical understanding of SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle management.
