  • Manage productivity application rollouts (Microsoft 365 Apps, Teams, OneDrive, and related services), ensuring stability, security, and adoption.

  • Oversee Windows and Office update management, leveraging Intune, Endpoint Manager, and automation to maintain reliability and user satisfaction ("keep the lights on").

  • Direct SharePoint Online architecture and operations, including metadata management, permissions, term stores, lifecycle policies, and content optimization.

  • Lead migrations and integrations using tools such as Sharegate and the SharePoint Migration Tool, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

  • Automate operations, reporting, and compliance using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

Leadership, Licensing & Budget Oversight

  • Lead and mentor a global team of M365 and collaboration engineers to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance services.

  • Manage M365 licensing, Group-Based Licensing (GBL) in Entra ID/Azure AD and ensure alignment of entitlements with workforce needs.

  • Collaborate with IT leadership on budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor engagement for Microsoft licensing and cloud subscriptions.

  • Champion user experience by balancing innovation with operational excellence and fostering strong partnerships across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Microsoft 365 architecture, SharePoint implementation, and people leadership.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven expertise in SharePoint Online design, deployment, and administration for large enterprise environments.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Purview, including sensitivity labels, retention policies, and DLP.

  • Deep experience with Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, and enterprise application integration.

  • Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, Windows update lifecycle, and Office update deployment strategies.

  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph API, and automation for M365 operations.
