Job Details

5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target in an enterprise environment

Proven track record in segmentation, multivariate testing, and personalization at scale

Strong technical understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (Analytics, AEP/RT-CDP, AEM)

Ability to design and execute advanced testing methodologies (multivariate, holdout groups, personalization algorithms).

Solid grasp of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support hands-on execution

Analytical mindset with experience using statistical methods to evaluate test results

Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for both technical and business audiences

Experience in retail is highly preferred
