About This Role
This entry level position develops and coordinates with Manufacturing the strategies and plans that improve productivity. Under Management supervision, implements practices to reduce operating expenses, reduce work in progress, and increase production.

About This Role
This entry level position develops and coordinates with Manufacturing the strategies and plans that improve productivity. Under Management supervision, implements practices to reduce operating expenses, reduce work in progress, and increase production.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather, clean, and organize production, maintenance, and manpower data
- Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards
- Digitize manual documentation
- Assist in building Power Apps for tracking projects, assets, or workflows
- Support simulation and modeling of production systems
- Perform time studies and data collection from shop floor operations
- Document processes, data flows, and dashboard/app user guides
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and IT to validate data accuracy
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
- Familiarity with data modeling and PowerBI (datasets, measures, DAX, visuals)
- Exposure to Power Platform preferred (Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Interest in simulation modeling (experience with any simulation software is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or VBA
- Ability to write basic scrips or programs to support data analysis, automation, and simulation tasks
