Job Description: # Required Skills (3 at most):
Expertise in workshop facilitation and information elicitation in large group settings
Subject matter expert in Maintain to Settle domain, familiar with MTS specific SAP best practices scenarios and L1-L2-L3 process decomposition
Knowledge in cross-functional integration for MTS/Plant Maintenance, Knowledge in key Fiori applications as they relate to MTS/Plant Maintenance domain
Expertise in S/4HANA 1709 key innovations, simplification list, and use cases, deep knowledge in S/4HANA application architecture, data architecture
# Nice to Have Skills: Experience with and knowledge of SD in S/4HANA is a big plus
# Role Responsibilities: Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level
Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications
Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams
Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
