Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Director of Category Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies across categories and assortment programs.
Provide category-level insights for campaigns through brainstorming, data analysis, and leveraging historical learnings.
Collaborate with creative, e-commerce, merchandising, and other teams to develop messaging across channels.
Co-author briefs, marketing materials, and presentations to ensure on-strategy and on-budget campaign execution.
Manage marketing strategy development and execution for key seasonal and league playoff campaigns.
Oversee day-to-day vendor relationships, including media planning, event activations, and content integration.
Lead weekly vendor partnership meetings as the central point of contact for campaign execution.
Coordinate and secure partner-provided assets to support marketing initiatives.
Partner with media teams to present incremental opportunities that drive awareness and ROI.
Build and maintain the master marketing calendar covering paid, owned, earned media, vendor collaborations, and event activations.
Manage the development of creative content and assets needed on an annual and quarterly basis.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing-Planning.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
3 5 years of marketing, campaign management, or retail marketing experience required.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Background in retail, consumer goods, or sports marketing preferred.
