Job Details

Seeking a Lean Six Sigma Program Manager to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across a large, multi-site organization. This role partners closely with program leadership to deliver Lean Six Sigma training, mentor Green/Black Belts, and oversee CI initiatives that improve operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training using standardized curriculum

  • Mentor and coach Green Belt candidates through DMAIC projects

  • Review project charters, monitor progress, and ensure alignment to business goals

  • Provide hands-on coaching in data analysis, problem solving, and stakeholder management

  • Support ongoing evolution and deployment of enterprise CI/OpEx programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience

  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

  • 4+ years in a full-time Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence role

  • Experience coaching and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels

  • Willingness to certify Green Belt and Black Belt candidates

  • Strong organization, communication, integrity, and confidentiality

Preferred:

  • Prior experience teaching Lean Six Sigma certifications
