A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Communications Specialist- Plano, TX (Onsite position)

As a Communications Specialist,

What we re looking for:

• We re looking for a communications consultant with 3+ years of experience specializing in internal communications and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• This person will support a department of approximately 500 employees creating effective internal messaging and high-quality visual content to enhance engagement and clarity.

What you ll be doing:

• Support the development and execution of communication strategies that align with business goals and change initiatives.
• Create clear and engaging content for various channels, including digital, print, video, and social media.
• Design and produce visual materials such as presentations, infographics, brochures, and newsletters using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.
• Manage day-to-day internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Assist in maintaining corporate communication platforms and tools.
• Help analyze audience needs to tailor messages and design effectively.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, collaborate with design, and content teams.
• Track communication effectiveness through feedback and metrics, adjusting as needed.
• Ensure communications follow corporate standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves):

• Bachelor s degree in communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or design roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite Canva) and communication platforms.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Bonus if you have (Preferred):

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have: Internal Communications, Change Management, Adobe Creative Suite

Pay Range*: <$60 - $65 per hour>

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
