Microsoft Dynamics Technical Trainer
2-3 Months W/ possible extensions
100% REMOTE
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, polished training to overcome resistance to change.
- Trainer must be able to read the room, adapt delivery style, and make sessions exciting.
- Serve as a true SME provide clear direction without pushback or deviation from the training plan.
- Training will always be co-facilitated with someone else on the call, so the trainer is never positioned as the bad guy.
- Instill strong training techniques and provide delivery, while business provides talking points.
- Ideally have experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (Vizient uses User Lane). This could extend engagement if leveraged.
TOP SKILLS:
- Proven Microsoft Dynamics CRM training experience.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to handle change-resistant users and drive adoption.
- Comfort with both small leadership groups and larger end-user training.
- Experience with digital adoption platforms a plus (User Lane or similar).
