Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite)
Compensation: $142,000 - $152,000 base + 10% performance bonus (flexible for exceptional candidates)
Schedule: Full-time




About the Role


We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep NetSuite expertise to drive the design, optimization, and ongoing support of our financial systems. You will act as the organization's NetSuite subject matter expert, collaborating with finance leadership and technical teams to deliver automation, compliance, and system improvements.


This is a new, high-impact role with visibility across multiple departments. You will be the person others rely on to translate business needs into NetSuite functionality and help shape the future of our enterprise applications.




Key Responsibilities




  • Serve as the primary NetSuite expert across Finance and related functions.




  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions within NetSuite.




  • Configure, test, and deploy enhancements to NetSuite financial modules and integrated applications.




  • Lead UAT, end-user training, and post-deployment support.




  • Evaluate and integrate 3rd-party tools to extend NetSuite functionality.




  • Maintain system integrity while ensuring compliance with ITand SOX requirements.




  • Act as a strategic advisor to finance leadership, solving operational challenges with NetSuite-driven solutions.






Core Requirements




  • 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience, with strong focus on financial modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition).




  • Proven track record of designing workflows, optimizing processes, and implementing NetSuite solutions.




  • Experience supporting NetSuite during financial close cycles and audits.




  • Skilled in system testing, UAT, and user enablement.




  • Ability to translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions and communicate effectively with both finance and IT.




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.






Preferred Qualifications




  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) such as Kyriba or GTreasury.




  • Exposure to real estate development finance, construction accounting, or project-based financial models.




  • Strong accounting foundation with experience in complex environments (multi-entity, intercompany, treasury management).




  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and ITGC.




  • NetSuite Certification (a plus, not required).




  • CPA background or consulting experience with NetSuite implementations.




  • Experience integrating NetSuite with banking platforms and 3rd-party apps.




  • Prior exposure to other ERPs (SAP, Oracle) combined with NetSuite expertise.
