Model N Flex Senior Developer - 100% Remote
Role Summary:
Design and build scalable solutions for Model N Flex applications supporting Market Access processes (Chargebacks, Rebates, Medicaid GP). The developer translates business requirements into technical design, ensuring robust integration across SAP and AWS cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom components in Model N Flex (GP 7.10, RM, DRM modules).
- Build complex SQL/PLSQL scripts, stored procedures, and data pipelines for pricing and rebate workflows.
- Design interfaces between Model N and SAP S/4 HANA using REST APIs and ETL frameworks.
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize queries, and conduct performance tuning in Oracle / AWS.
- Create technical documentation Functional Designs, Tech Designs, Build Docs, Release Notes.
- Support UAT, production deployments, and hyper-care activities in coordination with QA teams.
- Adhere to IT governance for code promotion, change control, and release compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 + years of development experience (5 + in Model N Flex or Model N Revenue Cloud).
- Strong SQL, PLSQL, Unix scripting, and REST API skills.
- Expertise in Model N data model and integration with SAP R3 / S4 / AWS.
- Working knowledge of Cognos, UiPath, and data migration best practices.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) and Agile development frameworks.
- Strong debugging and documentation skills with a focus on traceability and audit readiness.
