Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python development and the ability to build and maintain APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks. This is not a typical scripting-based support role; we need someone who can troubleshoot applications and contribute to Python-based development tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application support for critical business applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues related to performance, integration, and functionality.
- Write, optimize, and debug Python code as part of incident resolution and enhancement activities.
- Develop REST APIs using FastAPI (or Flask/Django) for automation, integrations, and application extensions.
