Job Details

Position : Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Reston VA
Direct Client Requirement

The HM is looking for seasoned ServiceNow resources who bring solid design and architecture experience along with good development and administrating experience.
Must have experience designing workflows.
VERY IMP MUST HAVE SNOW ITSM Module experience.
Must have good experience working with Business owners and process owners.
Must have customer facing experience as this resource will be working with the business to understand their needs, performance discovery activities and understand what they need to be integrated and implemented within SNOW.
Must have a minimum of associate certification in Administration and Development. Must have CAD and CSA along with ITIL 4 certification. All these certs must be current and active.
Must know some or all SNOW modules like ITIM ITOM CSM SPM EGRC.
CMBD nice to have.
