Job Title: UKG Workforce Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UKG Workforce Ready Consultant (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) to manage, configure, and support our UKG cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. The consultant will play a key role in optimizing HR, payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration
Configure, manage, and maintain UKG Workforce Ready modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Attendance.
Oversee system updates, integrations, and performance optimization.
Troubleshooting & Support
Identify, analyze, and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Provide end-user support and act as the point of contact for technical or functional queries.
Configuration & Customization
Customize system settings, workflows, and reports to align with business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and new functionalities.
Data Management
Maintain data integrity and accuracy across HR, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
Support data migration, validation, and reporting processes.
Compliance
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain audit readiness through proper documentation and system configuration.
User Training
Conduct training sessions for HR, payroll, and management teams on system use and best practices.
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready system administration or consulting.
Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and timekeeping processes.
Experience with system configuration, custom reporting, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
