Job Details

Title: Content Manager and Writer

Location: Overland Park, KS (Onsite)

Contract Length: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and polish content for webinars, speaking events, and panel appearances.
  • Develop messaging guidance, decks, and talking points aligned with enterprise positioning.
  • Coordinate approvals with event managers, PR, legal, and brand teams for public-facing content.
  • Manage editorial calendars and track deliverables for webinars and in-person events.
  • Tailor messaging to enterprise and government decision-makers, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, event speakers, and marketing stakeholders for optimized delivery.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience creating content for enterprise and/or government audiences.
  • Strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and executive-level messaging.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and content approval workflows.
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and stakeholder alignment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Telecom or enterprise IT background.
  • Knowledge of webinar platforms (e.g., On24), SFDC, and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with B2B campaign strategies, SEO, and digital content practices.
