Technical Support Specialist
Summary
The Technical Support Specialist will ensure the reliability and security of critical systems for local site operations including network connectivity, servers, and communication tools. This role will provide advanced desktop support, collaborate closely with business users, and deliver exceptional customer service with urgency and empathy. Responsibilities include problem management, incident resolution, hardware lifecycle oversight, and knowledge transfer. The position will also support cyber and physical security compliance and partner with global teams to implement new technologies.
Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency in desktop productivity tools.
  • Intermediate proficiency in systems and network troubleshooting.

  • Solid project management skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain standards.
  • Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology or related field, OR Associate s Degree with 5 years of IT manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in the field.
