We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager (Data Exchange) to join our dynamic team delivering Data Exchange Services. This group supports the data exchange capabilities for EDI, Managed File transfer, Messaging, etc. These services are part of Enterprise Digital IT Services team which provides products and services for Enterprise Technology and for the entire organization. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, designing and implementing Data Exchange Services to suit the changing needs of the organization and industry. Your primary focus is on understanding data exchange services landscape across the organization and constantly provide sustainable solutions to meet the changing demands. Besides this you will be responsible for the delivery of Store and Forward Data exchange services team.

  • Understand the ever-growing demand for the data exchange services from different PDO teams or from the skill teams directly and suggest suitable services for them
  • Create the backlog of new capabilities which are not available in the existing service catalogue
  • Responsible for design, installation, configuration and support development activities of the new capabilities in the underlying applications which support Data Exchange Services
  • Demonstrate a good level of technical expertise in one or more technical environments (software packages, programming language, database, operating system, etc.)
  • Responsible for the delivery of Store and Forward services using Microsoft Biztalk
  • Ensure quality of solution in each environment and for each customer
  • Suggests systems tuning and diagnostics on UNIX, LINUX and WINDOWS platforms


You'll have
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
  • Overall 10+ years of experience in IT spreading across in solution architecture, software development life cycle and program management
  • Fair understanding of the COTS products (AXWAY B2Bi, Microsoft Biztalk, etc.) which form the fulcrum of the services
  • Experience in guiding teams on the technical and operational items
  • Working knowledge of cloud platform and related DevOps tech stacks
  • Proven ability to break down barriers and partner with demanding teams to accomplish highly visible projects.
  • Be an independent thinker with the ability to seek out solutions to challenging or ambiguous problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams from leaders to team members.

Even better you may have
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills experience with a keen attention to detail
  • Experience with Safe AGILE methodology, Agile Methodology or Agile release trains
  • Experience with Jira, Rally or related tools
  • Experience in Enterprise Architecture methodology and frameworks like TOGAF or equivalent
