Job Details

Resource 1 is in need of a Sisense Developer. Selected individual will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions on the Sisense platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, creating custom widgets, optimizing BI dashboards, and integrating various data sources into Sisense. The Sisense Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of actionable insights and business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports on the Sisense platform.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and design analytical solutions that drive key business decisions.
  • Build and optimize data models to ensure high performance and scalability within Sisense.
  • Integrate and transform data from multiple sources (SQL databases, APIs, etc.) into Sisense.
  • Customize Sisense widgets and work with JavaScript to extend the platform s functionality.
  • Work with large datasets and design complex queries to derive meaningful insights.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, data inconsistencies, and bugs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams using Sisense.
  • Assist in designing the architecture and workflow for data integration processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with the Sisense platform (development, configuration, data integration).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript for custom widget development.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and dashboard design.
  • Experience working with REST APIs for data integration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug data-related issues.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation.
