Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Familiarity with artifact management from a regulatory issue perspective.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior leaders.
- High attention to detail.
- BSA/AML experience
- Comfortable managing governance processes and regulatory documentation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management and contribute to large-scale planning related to Project Management deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Project Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Project Management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Project Management.
- Artifact management and governance (not deeply technical but important for compliance).
- Develop subject matter expertise in financial crimes.
- Assess potential technology impacts related to recent regulatory changes.
