We are seeking a highly driven Permanent Civil Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing all phases of our construction projects, from initial conception to completion. This includes planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising construction projects of varying complexities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in land development. Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all stages of the construction project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and completion.
2. Manages construction phase engineering services and provides advice regarding design, construction or modification
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project objectives and standards are met.
4. Develop comprehensive project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
5. Monitor progress of projects, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
6. Conduct risk management processes to identify potential challenges and develop contingency plans.
7. Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
8. Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
9. Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. A valid Professional Engineer (PE) License.
3. Minimum of 4 years of experience within Civil Engineering
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software.
5. Extensive knowledge of land development, including site plan design, roadways, permitting, erosion/sediment control (ESC) design, and
experience in storm water management (SWM).
6. Proven experience in managing budgets and schedules.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
10. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes in project scope and timelines.
