Job Description
The AI Development Platform provides firmwide GenAI capabilities to enable the firm s tech teams to develop and deploy GenAI solutions to meet desired business outcomes.
This role is for a Project Manager who assist in planning, executing, and identifying and clearing impediments to enable effective delivery of firmwide GenAI capabilities.
This role requires broad technical knowledge, excellent written and speaking communication skills, and demonstrated ability navigating complex organizational structures and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
Strong written and speaking communication skills
Demonstrated experience driving delivery particularly for highly visible programs in dynamic, complex organizational structures
Ability to influence behavior without having formal organizational hierarchy
Ability to manage dependencies and remove blockers
Demonstrated expertise in relationship building
Dedication to cross-function collaboration, communication and breaking down of silos
Deep expertise in JIRA and other work tracking and delivery tooling
Familiar with technical concepts including data and compute infrastructure, GenAI and LLMs, use of vendor technology vs in-house built
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Roadmunk and Rally
Financial Services and transformation experience
Technical expertise in GenAI development
Qualifications:
4-6 years working as a technical project manager
Primary Responsibilities:
Leverage tools like JIRA and Roadmunk to develop plans, and improve transparency on delivery status, risks, and issues
Ensure deliverables / expected outcome, roles and responsibilities for delivery are clearly defined
Assist the team in identifying and removing technical and organizational impediments
Facilitate and improve team interactions with partners, stakeholders, and peers
Maintain project documentation and reporting on project progress to stakeholders
Foster a collaborative culture and ensure the team regularly celebrates success
Use metrics and tooling to identify trends and opportunities improvement
Facilitate creativity & empowerment inside the squad
