Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Bartlett, Illinois. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing ERP systems to meet organizational needs. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining software efficiency and functionality.
Responsibilities:
Configure and manage SyteLine users, permissions, and system enhancements, including forms, IDOs, reports, and workbenches.
Develop and maintain database objects such as tables, triggers, stored procedures, views, and indexes to optimize system operations.
Apply software patches, replicate databases to test environments, and ensure the system remains up-to-date.
Export and import data between SyteLine and Excel, leveraging tools like Excel Pivot Tables and macro scripting for data manipulation.
Troubleshoot daily user issues related to SyteLine and its database, providing timely solutions and support.
Create custom queries and modify reports to meet specific business requirements.
Ensure compliance with development best practices to avoid disruptions during software version upgrades.
Assist in integrating labeling software and other tools as needed to enhance system functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business requirements, ensuring system alignment.
Provide ongoing support for system configurations and enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Proficiency in SyteLine Version 10 and related modules, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
Strong SQL query skills and experience with database management.
Familiarity with Excel Pivot Tables, macro scripting, and data connections.
Experience with SyteLine ERP and its integration capabilities.
Knowledge of API development and client-side scripting.
Ability to create Business Requirement Documents and manage configuration settings.
Previous experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
Experience with BarTender Labeling Software and familiarity with supply chain, financial, and inventory modules is a plus.
