Role: GenAI Engineer

Location: Orlando, FL

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled GenAI Engineer to develop a system that creates short, high-quality personalized videos using generative AI technologies.

The system will allow users to input a set of images or short video clips along with a personalization prompt, and it will output a tailored, visually engaging video clip approximately two minutes in length.

This role involves the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative video frameworks deployed in Azure and Databricks environments. The engineer will build the system with scalability, personalization logic, and output quality as core goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a POC system that:

Accepts user inputs (images or video snippets).

Incorporates a text prompt to guide personalized video generation.

Outputs a high-quality two-minute video clip.

  • Integrate a video selection mechanism to choose the best output from multiple generated results.
  • Utilize LLMs and generative models available on Azure, Databricks, or HuggingFace.
  • Use a library of pre-existing media assets as source material for video creation.
  • Deploy and manage the system on Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine user prompts, use cases, and system behaviors.
  • Add background audio using royalty-free sources or ambient tracks when applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Multimedia Engineering
  • Hands-on work experience with Generative AI models for text, images, or video
  • Strong expertise in Azure ML, Databricks, or related cloud platforms
  • Proficient in using LLMs from HuggingFace, Azure OpenAI, or custom-trained variants
  • Proven experience in video generation pipelines, including tools such as:

RunwayML, Pika Labs, Sora, Kaiber, or similar platforms

  • Strong Python skills, including libraries like PyTorch, OpenCV, ffmpeg, and Transformers
  • Familiar with prompt engineering and building user-centric personalization systems
  • Solid understanding of computer vision, media processing, and quality optimization techniques

Good to Have:

  • Experience generating first-person POV or panoramic videos
  • Background in video storytelling, scene transitions, and creative visual scripting
  • Knowledge of stitching visual content and managing content flows without human presence
