Overview:

We re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who can own the enterprise architecture and integration of business applications, with an emphasis on systems powering logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations. This is not a classic development or people management job we need a strategic technical mind who can direct architectural decisions, lead a small team, and guide integration across critical systems.

What You ll Do:

  • Lead and set the architectural vision for a team of 3 systems analysts managing major, off-the-shelf business applications.

  • Drive enterprise integration and connectivity strategy, with focus areas including Trimble, TMW Suite, TMT, and Camelot platforms within the logistics and transportation space.

  • Be the subject matter expert on enterprise system interconnections and data flow throughout the ecosystem.

  • Spearhead integration initiatives leveraging Boomi middleware, managing both EDI and API interfaces.

  • Guide the deployment and integration of SaaS solutions configuring and integrating them effectively.

  • Provide recommendations on future-ready tools, platforms, and strategies as the business scales.

  • Define and oversee canonical data models, application scalability, and interface standards.

  • Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational needs.

  • Mentor and grow the technical expertise of the systems analysts, blending architecture guidance with team development.

Ideal Background:

  • Deep experience working with supply chain, transportation, logistics, or warehouse systems.

  • Strong background with TMS platforms such as TMW Suite, TMT, Trimble, and Camelot is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with Boomi, Turvo, and EDI/API integration processes is a significant plus.

  • Helpful to have knowledge of middle tier ERP platforms like Netsuite.

  • Strong technical leadership with the ability to balance application architecture, team mentorship, and integration strategy.

  • Proven ability to justify technology decisions and communicate effectively with technical and business teams alike.
