We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in data migration, upstream/downstream data flow analysis, and SQL querying. The ideal candidate should be adept at gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing legacy and target systems, and ensuring data integrity through comprehensive testing. Experience with Power BI and reporting is a plus.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-centric projects.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, ETL processes, and data mapping.
  • Good understanding of upstream and downstream systems in enterprise data landscapes.
  • Strong SQL skills ability to write queries for validation and analysis.
  • Knowledge of data testing approaches and defect management.
  • Experience in Power BI or other reporting tools (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
