Job Details

Title: Senior Implementation Program Manager
Type: Remote
Duration: 3 Years Contract
The resource requirements are as follows:
Client Legal Aid of Northwest Texas
Location Remote work (Monthly in-person meetings)
Contract Duration:
The Project has a three-year life cycle that runs from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2027, with anticipated milestones every six (6) month period.
REFERENCES: Three references are required per resume.
Resource Qualification & Experience Requirements:
Expertise & Experience Required
Demonstrated expertise in relevant services, platforms, and programming languages, including the ability to write, evaluate, and integrate code, such as:
1. Services and Techniques:
a. Generative AI
b. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Integration)
c. RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
d. Zapier
2. Platforms:
a. Experience with multiple development platforms and commercial systems (non-proprietary).
3. Programming Languages:
a. C#
b. CSS
c. HTML
d. JavaScript (including Node.js)
e. PHP
f. Python
g. SQL
A strong understanding of system architectures, platforms and how to integrate them together.
A strong understanding of creation with accessibility in mind, UI/UX design, and natural language processing.
A strong understanding of multimodal channels and the ability to integrate these channels through API cross platform interactions.
Experience with SDK kits and platform customization.
Experience with process design, software design, and development including:
A. Frontend System Architectures and Software Design
b. Backend System Architectures and Software Design
Strong troubleshooting skills to include
a. Identification of bottlenecks, process hangs, and other coding mistakes.
b. Code for and anticipate error coding for null interpreted data.
c. Perform and understand extensive cross and disparate platform testing regimens.
Strong project management skills with prior experience coordinating vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability in clearly communicate technical processes in plain language and translate strategic principles into actionable tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
2. Professional Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development, systems integration, and web development.
3. API & Integration Expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop, integrate, and maintain APIs and digital tools, ideally for legal or law firm-related projects.
4. Project Management and Communication: Demonstrated ability to coordinate with vendors and multidisciplinary teams, effectively communicate technical processes, and translate strategic principles into actionable tasks.
5. Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of:
a. Designing accessible digital experiences using UI/UX design principles and natural language processing techniques to enhance user interaction.
b. Integrating multimodal communication channels via cross-platform APIs to deliver seamless digital experiences.
c. Services and techniques such as: Generative AI, RAG, RPA, Zapier
d. Programming languages, including: C#, CSS, HTML, JavaScript (including Node.js), PHP, Python, SQL
e. GitHub: The selected IT Specialist or Firm must possess demonstrable experience and proficiency in utilizing GitHub. This includes familiarity with core GitHub functions and the ability to effectively leverage it as a resource for Project and product development.
f. Social Media Platforms to ensure sharing is possible when appropriate.
6. System Architecture Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of system architectures including integration, secure design principles, data security, and privacy standards.
7. Project Management Experience: The selected IT Specialist or IT Firm should have familiarity with project management methodologies and techniques to contribute to the progression of the project. Ideally, the IT Specialist or IT Firm would have experience with Agile project management, but LANWT will consider other styles to meet the needs of the Project.
8. Appropriate Business / Liability Insurance:
a. The selected IT Specialist or IT Firm must carry business liability insurance that includes coverage for intellectual property (IP) infringement.
b. They must ensure that all tools, content, or software provided do not violate any third-party IP rights.
c. If a claim arises, they are responsible for defending and indemnifying LANWT and its Project Partners against any related costs or damages.
d. Proof of insurance is required before work begins.
