Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive sales in Atlanta, GA, USA. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Secure new accounts in Java, SAP, AI, Cloud, IBM & more.
- Client Engagement: Develop & maintain strong customer relationships.
- Market Expansion: Build a professional network to uncover new opportunities.
- Client Management: Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Sales Coordination: Work with Account Managers to align business efforts.
- Onsite Client Visits: Meet clients regularly to explore new opportunities.
- Consultant Placement: Identify client hiring needs & facilitate placements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in IT services.
- Strong understanding of Java, SAP, AI, Cloud, IBM, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
