RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Project Manager with a proven track record in agile methodologies, project tracking, and generating status reports. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software project management and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Agile Projects: Manage and lead software development projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
* Project Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget; Coordinate resources and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
* Agile Coaching and Mentorship: Provide agile coaching and mentorship to team members, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
* Project Tracking and Reporting: Implement project tracking systems using tools like JIRA; Develop comprehensive status reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive management and stakeholders
* Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues before they impact project timelines and deliverables
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress
* Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and project delivery outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 8+ years of experience in software project management, with a focus on agile methodologies
* Strong knowledge of project tracking tools such as JIRA
* Proven experience in creating and distributing detailed status reports to stakeholders
* Exceptional risk management and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
* Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Agile Project Manager (ICP-APM) are highly desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
