Job Title: Video Conference Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Video Conference Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of video conferencing technologies and infrastructure, including hands-on experience with Poly, Cisco, Crestron, Mersive, Appspace, and Synergy Sky. The candidate should also have a good understanding of networking and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video conferencing equipment and connectivity.
• Work with internal teams, vendors, and technical support to address infrastructure issues.
• Onboard new endpoints and ensure seamless connectivity within the corporate network.
• Perform firmware upgrades and manage digital signage products.
• Provide support for Crestron touch panels and Mersive pods.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident management and tracking.

Technical Requirements:

ServiceNow:

• Understanding of ServiceNow for incident management and tracking.

Networking:

• Good understanding of LAN/WANs, routers, firewalls, switches, etc.

Poly:

• Hands-on experience with Poly infrastructure devices including Proxy, DMA, Bridges, RPAD, Resource Manager, and End Points (Group series, Studio X).
• Ability to work with Poly TAC and internal teams for infrastructure and endpoint issues.
• Understanding of LAN issues with connectivity within corporate environments and onboarding new endpoints.

Cisco:

• Working knowledge of Cisco infrastructure devices including Expressways, CMS, CUCM, and End Points (Cisco kit series, C, DX).
• Ability to work with Cisco, vendors, and internal teams for infrastructure and endpoint issues.
• Understanding of LAN issues with connectivity within corporate environments and onboarding new endpoints.

Crestron:

• Understanding of Crestron touch panels like Mercury, Biamp, and Flex.
• Experience with Crestron touch panels is a plus.

Solstice Mersive:

• Understanding of Mersive pods and functionality.
• Familiarity with dashboards for onboarding new pods and performing firmware upgrades.

Appspace:

• Understanding of digital signage products (Appspace), media players, and firmware upgrades.

Synergy Sky:

• Understanding of Synergy Sky functionality.

Skills:

• CUCM, Cisco, Expressways

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
