Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create visually compelling designs for print, digital platforms, and various marketing materials. Responsibilities:
Design and produce engaging visuals for both print and digital mediums, including publications, social media, and marketing collateral.
Develop creative assets for events, such as banners, flyers, and promotional materials.
Create dynamic digital designs, including animations and banner ads, to support online campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand standards and project objectives.
Produce one-pagers and other marketing materials that effectively communicate key messages.
Maintain and update design templates to streamline creative workflows.
Work with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator and InDesign, to deliver high-quality results.
Stay current with design trends and incorporate innovative approaches into your work.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Provide support for additional design tasks as needed to meet organizational goals.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, demonstrating attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator and InDesign.
Strong understanding of digital and print design principles.
Ability to create animations and dynamic digital content.
Experience designing for social media and online platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
A portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various mediums.
